Performs complete or selective backup and restore of every aspect of your Outlook Express:

Interactively estimates the size of a resulting backup file as the user selects or deselects the items to be backed up.

SafeMail can be controlled by the command line parameters making it possible to initiate backup and restore from command line, which allows execution of SafeMail by standard or 3rd party tools, eg. schedulers.
