SimpleXMLElement->getNamespaces()
Returns namespaces used in document

Parameters
- recursive
If specified, returns all namespaces used in parent and child nodes. Otherwise, returns only namespaces used in root node.
Return Values
The getNamespaces method returns an array of
namespace names with their associated URIs.
